Football was rife last week, oh what a scene,
Games and friendlies, training—like a vivid dream.
With enthusiastic cheers echoing through the air,
We kicked off the fun, with our spirits laid bare!

This week’s team, a true mighty lot,
Matt, Harry, Goalkeeper Harry—giving all they’ve got.
Kodey and Charlie dancing on the grass,
Rex, Jakey-Boo, running fast, oh so fast!

Hugo and Elliot, with footwork so neat,
Together we conquered, never accepting defeat.
We drew one and won, what a thrilling affair,
Played our hearts out, laughter everywhere!

We train with CSSP, improving every day,
Building our skills, in a spirited way.
So here’s to our team, a united crew,
With teamwork and effort, there’s nothing we can’t do!

Let’s keep kicking on, with smiles all around,
In this beautiful game, our friendships abound!

Justyn Edwards came to visit the juniors to speak to them all about his journey into becoming an author, his new book & he even showed us some very clever magic tricks!

Some of the children then got their copies of his book signed. A brilliant experience and a super engaging session!
